Rave offers lifetime toll free technical support. Our maintenance and technical support department is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EDT. The Support-Reference Area includes online literature and detailed technical information for our Rave Systems.
Maintenance contracts are available on the systems you purchase from Rave. We will work directly with you to understand your needs and will help you determine your best alternatives. Many of the OEMs we represent offer global support contracts. Rave also has relationships with national and global third party maintenance companies that can offer an alternative to OEM support contracts, Rave branded or private labeled products.
