Company Celebrates Anniversary with Local Ceremony
STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. (May 28, 2008) - Rave Computer Association celebrated its 20-year anniversary today in Sterling Heights, Mich., with a ceremony that included Sterling Heights Mayor, Richard J. Notte, and the Disabled American Veterans. The event was held in recognition of Rave Computer's 20 year anniversary. Rave Computer has now grown to be a national supplier of high-end servers and mobile computers to the military, OEMs and Independent Software Vendors.
"We are happy to celebrate 20 years of growth and service to our customers," said Rave Computer President and CEO Rick Darter. "Our continued success is a direct result of the hard work and dedication of our Rave employees."
Share in the Success
Rave presented the Disabled American Veterans with a $20,000 contribution. The donation will go to support its Van Program in Michigan which helps transport disabled and injured veterans to hospitals and medical facilities.
"Being a company that works directly with the military to build computers that help our soldiers on the field, Rave is honored to pay tribute to our veterans and those who are serving in our Armed Forces from Michigan," said Rick Darter.
