The Rave Advantage Guarantee is a customized quality assurance inspection process that assures that every system is built to your specifications and contains identical bill of materials. Rave's Manufacturing/Integration capabilities are world class and enable us to assemble, test and deliver products quickly both in small quantities and/or in volume. Every system is hand built and tested by our experienced product technicians and engineers. To further ensure the quality of our products, you receive the hand written analysis with the initials of our product technicians and engineers who built your system.
The Rave Advantage Guarantee is our commitment to delivering quality products quickly and efficiently.
Rave developed custom hardware that allows us to conduct multiple simultaneous operating system (OS) loads, which increases efficiency and provides consistency in builds. Rave will install your OS loads. Rave will also install your image on every computer, eliminating the need to make multiple setup changes to each system you purchase. Simply upload your image to our FTP servers and we'll load the computers your way. Rave can even activate your Microsoft license so you don't have to.
The Rave Advantage Guarantee is our promise that Rave's staff are highly trained and experienced engineers, technicians and consultants who are known for their creative problem solving abilities and dedication in providing solutions quickly and cost-effectively. Rave's quality and product development teams consistently monitor and evaluate every system we build to assure quality assurance standards are met.
Rave provides lifetime toll free technical support. For over 24 years Rave has provided lifetime telephone support on the systems we sell. This service has been a critical component in support of our OEM, ISV and Military customers.
Rave stands behind its systems long after the warranty period has ended and will support customers to keep legacy systems running smoothly.
