About the Job: We are actively screening for our early 2023 opportunity to work with our growing team in a unique Marketing and Human Resources support capacity. We’re searching for that ‘unicorn’ that loves both creativity and details. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and HR, and will be involved in the strategic planning, organization, execution, and tracking of external events (including roadshows, tradeshows, client visits, etc.) and internal company events and projects (including client demos, open enrollment, quarterly reviews, sales team meetings, etc.).
Our ideal candidate has passion for efficient systems and attention-to-detail while also having a creative flair and understanding of basic design principles, social content strategies, and the ability to work independently while supporting the collective whole. Marketing support requires strong communication abilities – including face-to-face, social media, and printed collateral. HR support requires strong organizational abilities, confidentiality, empathy, responsiveness, and highly-detailed reporting.
Must be able to learn quickly and independently, enjoy solving problems, and be powered by a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.
